Full Service Event Management | Design, Planning, & Production | You have a general idea of what you want, but need someone to help you pull everything together, run the planning process, and manage the day of logistics. | We meet to discuss your vision for your event, and from that I create a vision board including colors, themes, and decor elements, as well as layout/flow planning and thematic integration. We select vendors and a venue to work with and I accomany you to meetings with them to make sure every detail is accounted for in accordance with your vision. I serve as point of contact for vendors and organize our planning calendar, managing due dates and facilitating deposits and payments. I oversee delivery of services and I am there at your event to ensure that everything goes off without a hitch. If any issues arrise, I'm there to take care of them. | On-Site, Day of Event Coordination | Your event is planned and you're managing everything yourself, but you need someone to take control at the end to make sure the day goes as planned and you can enjoy yourself. | You design and plan your event, but you need someone unaffiliated to take the reins on the day and make sure all the moving parts come together and everything goes to plan. We communicate in detail about your plan for the day. I assume responsibility as point person starting the day before your event so you can do what you need to, and I can step in and coordinate deliver of day-of items, communication with on-site vendors (venue, catering, musicians, DJs, florists, etc.). If anything goes amiss on the day, I will handle it so you can enjoy and participate fully in your day. | |

Someone else will take control on the day of the event, making sure everything runs as planned. My planning responsibilities usually transfer to the client or their day-of coordinator the day before the event, so they may coordinate deliveries and take over as point of contact. | |
