Inspiration: Design

An unforgettable event starts with a coordinated aesthetic. Custom event design helps my clients define their event style: select colors, decor elements, lighting, theme integration, and even menu planning. For my Design clients, we create a vision board that helps inform decisions about everything from china, to centerpieces, to favors, to site layout. With our service, your unique style will be perfectly translated into your event.

Organization: Planning

Planning a successful event requires attention to detail and time management. It also requires knowledge of lead times, industry standards for venue, equipment, catering, florals, decor, and pricing, venue size and layout options, amenities available, and local knowledge. My Planning clients enjoy the peace of mind knowing that an experienced event planner is managing these details for them. I create a detailed planning calendar, maintain a file of all contracts and orders, communicate due-dates, send reminders, facilitate meetings, deposits and payments so that nothing is overlooked or left to chance. Taking the guesswork and tedium out of planning helps my clients enjoy the planning process with confidence that every detail has been accounted for.

Coordination: Production

On the day of the event there are many details to attend to. From venue setup, to recieving delivery of equipment, flowers and decor, to setting up tables, centerpieces, and favors, to displaying materials and setting out nametags, to interfacing with caterers and bartenders, to clarifying timelines and answering questions, to putting out fires if they occur. I function as your proxy and the primary event contact for your vendors and the venue, so you are able to focus on enjoying and participating. Having a day-of-event coordinator is a game changer!
